Edible roses variety description
First we will talk about the RED PASSION™ rose.
Characteristics of this plant:
The Red Passion™ rose is a small, compact to medium sized shrub. Its branches are strong and upright and each branch can sprout one or more flowers. Its colour is intense and very showy. The flowers are classic, beautifully rounded and have a pleasant, delicate scent of traditional rose. Their aroma is intense and floral.
Once harvested, they can be kept fresh in the refrigerator (at approximately 5°C) for 10 to 12 days.
Good choice for adding to syrup or cake recipes.

Let’s talk now about the NADIA ZEROUALI rose™ variety
Characteristics of this plants.
The Nadia Zerouali™ rose is a medium-sized shrub with strong branching. Its flowers are double with a rather intense, but not cloying, perfume.
It can be grown in pots if it is well trained. It is best to pot it in a large pot, due to its high growth potential. It is a healthy shrub, so it can be used in organic production.
Its flower has a light yellow colour, but tends to pale and turn light pink at the edge of the petals as it ages. For this reason, it is best to harvest the flowers while the petals have not yet begun to change colour. This is also the time when the content of nutritive and aromatic compounds is highest.
Once harvested, the flowers remain fresh in the refrigerator (at about 5°C) for 10 to 12 days.
It is recommended to use this rose when fresh because of its balance between acids and sugars.

Plant characteristics:
The Raspberry™ rose is a small to medium sized shrub. Its flowers are double and numerous on the branches. The overall performance of this rose bush is quite good.
Its fragrance is intense but pleasant, reminiscent of fruit candies. It has a good tolerance to diseases. Because of its size and branching, this rose is suitable for pot culture.
Once harvested, the flowers can remain fresh in the refrigerator (at about 5°C) for 10 to 12 days.
It is advisable to use these roses for decorating cakes, as the dark pink flower retains its colour well, but it is also perfect for decorating salads.

The flowers form in large numbers on the branches and are, like its petals, quite large. The long flowering period means a very good yield expectancy.
This rose is very resistant to diseases, which is why organic cultivation without the use of pesticides is recommended.
Once harvested, the flowers can remain fresh in the refrigerator (at about 5°C) for 10 to 12 days.
The petals are sweet and have a pleasant fruity aroma. They can be used to flavour fresh or processed foods.
